Project level fusion loading takes forever #33

Manoj reported that the COMPASS project fusion tab loads forever. Since the project is too big, there are too many fusion events. I've added a "number of patients" filter. By default we only show the fusion events (gene pairs) have at least two patients. This will reduce the loading time significantly.

Haven't heard anything form Manoj. I suppose it is fixed.
