The daily sync cronjobs are deployed on dev server fsabcl-onc03d.ncifcrf.gov. They were belong to user account(chouh). Now they are transferred to service account ncif-www-onc-svc. The benefits of this change:
The file owner is the same as web user which avoid potential permission issues.
This allows other users can monitor/modify the cron jobs such as Anney or Xinyu.
