MariaDB migration #8

  1. Since there are still a lot of work to manual adjust Jigui's tables. I've decided to write my own scripts to convert Oracle to MariaDB.
  2. Copied data from Oracle public data to MariaDB.
  3. Made web site compatible to MariaDB.
  4. Currently it supports both MariaDB and Oracle.
  5. Modified backend scripts to support MariaDB.
  6. Test URL: https://fsabcl-onc03d.ncifcrf.gov/clinomics_pub/public
  7. Committed the code to Repo.

Todo:

  1. Further test for both front end/backend
  2. Project level refreshing code is not completely finished
  3. Pull the code to Oracle site. To test if there is any Oracle compatibility issues.

fsitgl-mysql01d.ncifcrf.gov will retied on 6/20. I worked with Michael Loss to migrate two dev DB to the new server fsitgl-mysql03d.ncifcrf.gov.
