Report Templates to extend the Rnssp package.

Installation

To use any of the templates of this repository, please install the Rnssp package first.

Then, from your R console, run Rnssp::list_templates() function to list the available templates.

To download and add a specific template to your existing Rnssp installation, use the Rnssp::add_rmd_template("<specify template>") function as depicted in the example below (with text_mining template report):

# Provide a detailed tabular view of all available template reports
list_templates(as.table = TRUE) %>% View()

# Extend the Rnssp package with the Text Mining template report
add_rmd_template("text_mining")

Alternatively, users can download .zip releases of the templates for manual integration with the Rnssp package by running the Rnssp::add_rmd_template() without argument.

With Rnssp 0.1.0 and future versions, RStudio users can manage (add, update or remove) Rnssp R Markdown templates using Rnssp Addins (see live demo below):
