In a tab next to "Reference Axes," we should have a tab for "Periodicity Marks" where the user may add vertical rectangles that span the height of the plot and repeat across the width.
Users can define "periodicity" from a text-input float value (rounded to the nearest 0.5) and "shift" from a text-input float value (rounded to the nearest 0.5). Similar to the "Reference Axes" feature, there should be a textbox for "Keep reference rectangles on plot." This is generalized for flexibility so that we can apply this to plots marking rotation cut periodicity, nucleosome dyad periodicity, or any other future periodic feature we encounter.
