Another very common output format that is much simpler in structure than PSRFITS or VDIF. Having this option will just increase accessibility, I think.

I've added this to the SMART deep pass project since that's what is currently motivating the change from my perspective. That being said, this is a general QoL improvement I think, so it extends beyond just SMART.
