Fixed the actual start time of the data processed by calculating offset between full observation start time and the GPS time of first sample processed

Can you also check to make sure that this is represented when writing the VDIF files as well?

it should be since the mjd values that populate both headers come from beam_geom_vals that takes the input mjd in this fix
