pip install setup
auto download of datasource packages

Removes

custom guide.sh script
custom partitioning
various UI warnings
devcontainer
tqdm dependency

Changes

readme updates
output folder url for output list to file
forcings saved in parallel
forcing data downloaded in parallel
single basin selection only
fixed issues related to .dev file
restructure files into modules
change from run.sh to python -m map_app to launch
