As an entrant I want to be able to accept the invitation to register/sign up when chosen to participate in an event.

Acceptance Criteria:

• One of the icons on the bottom bar will brings the user to a notifications page, (list view of all notifications).
• Selecting an 'accepted' notification will pull up the event details, and allow you to select a button for "accept" or "decline."
• When accept is chosen, user's status for that event in database is set to accepted
• A back arrow in the top left will return you to notifications page.
