Friends widget n' stuff. Closes #119

Ready to go!

Flatly theme
Moves all RouteHandler components into /components/routes/
Friend/Follow subscribe widget
- Fully working friendrequest/follow/unfollow
- Un-friending not fully implemented ( waiting on backend )
No more 2 ajax calls for author details and posts. Assumes /author/:id will send posts
Friends tab in profile page ( empty till we get friends from backend )
Sign-up is aware of the user active requirement
Sign-up redirects to public posts on success
Post html/markdown preview tab
Markdown code highlighting
