Release requirements #239

The final releases need to be made from the Mac hard drive and from our Windows build machine. The idea is to be sure that all official releases (not nightly builds) can be traced to a stable build environment that CNMAT owns.

We also need to remove all the nightly releases etc. so that the public story of odot starts with 1.0

This is acknowledged and supported with enthusiasm as a hard rule:

  1. Nightly builds, pre-releases, and test-builds can be built & uploaded from any trusted CNMAT personnel.
  2. Official release versions will be built from the CNMAT Hard Drive and CNMAT Windows installations.

This issue is to remain open until instructions for building from the CNMAT Mavericks Hard Drive and CNMAT Windows machine(s) are in place with adequate hard-copies.

I made a document with steps to build odot from the CNMAT hard drive and the Windows machine. It is not meant to go out with the distribution of source code, but I'll add it somewhere.
