User Story: As a user unfamiliar with VR, I want the program to clearly show the controls in an interactive tutorial on the initial startup, to familiarize me with the controls before I need to use them.

Completed when: After selecting "Start", the user is shown a "Tutorial" Scene.

VR Transitions should be minimal . A simple "fade to black, have a 'loading screen' then visions fade in.
