Gather epidemiological data #6

Potentially useful epidemiological data:

[ ] Confirmed infection cases (positive tests)
[ ] Number of tests
[ ] Hospitilizations
[ ] Death

Alternatively, any of the above expressed as fractions of a total population.

@hdrake should we write a script for processing the JHU data and adding fields that we are interested in (for example, with meteorological info) and re-saving?

Looks like the whole COVID-19 set is 127M, which is not too huge.

Sorry, I just noticed that you addressed my comment already in #9.

I think we also want clinical data (not sure if we should categorize this as epidemiological data or not). Most important I think is time from infection to death.
