Scaling for small multiples and expression plot #24

Allow the small multiples and expression plots to be dynamically scaled based on the window size.

Just a note while I am thinking about this -- the expression plot scaling should be the top priority here. The small multiples work well on my computer, so for demo purposes we should be OK if this is not 100% robust.
