made changes and additions to ideas file #21

I added some ideas to the ideas file that Louis made that I think properly lays out how we want to game to work. I also made a few changes to the existing material. There are still some things we need to decide on as a group like a theme, setting, and goals of the game but this is just a basic layout for it.

Great. Feel free to make up some stuff if you want to as to how our game is going to be, we can always change it. I don't mind which direction the game goes, it seems like no one really has a good idea for a theme, setting, or goal.
