I listed some python libraries that could be useful for game creation in the README file

I appreciate the help, libtcod (https://github.com/libtcod/libtcod) looks really helpful for this sorta thing so it's what I used so far when writing code. Maybe putting these ideas in a separate text or md file is a good idea, since it's not something that everyone needs to know about as of now.
