What's the purpose of "Send" method in communication service? https://github.com/CShark-Hub/Mako-IoT.Device.Services.Interface/blob/main/src/MakoIoT.Device.Services.Interface/ICommunicationService.cs
Mako-IoT focuses on IoT devices, so they can send messages to broker and receive from it. Should sending messages to other devices be in scope of framework?
