Client/server: send disconnect reason when dropping a client; server ping #133

Changes include:

Adding disconnect reasons: Many users complained/didn't know what was happening when they joined a server and got instantly kicked. This was likely for a couple of reasons (the lobby was full, there was an ongoing race on that lobby, and so on). Sending a message to the client with a disconnect give users an explanation of why they've been disconnected from the server/room.
Show server ping: when connected to a server, it prints the ping every 5 seconds.
Minor code changes/refactoring

I'm noticing that the provided dedicated server code doesn't allow for more than one room. Do you guys have another project for the servers you host? It'd be great to add these changes there too.

According to Niko, that's in the works, join the mod's discord's online-ctr room (invite in the last line of the README) to participate in that discussion live.
