Search/Legends Panel appears blank on page load #1

When the page loads (or is reloaded), the right panel containing the Search and Legend elements is not rendered. When the expand/collapse arrow is selected the right panel will render correctly.

30-Nov-2016 - Probable Cache Control Issue

Layout problems of this type often result from out-of-date browser cache entries. Changes for another issue have modified the page's cache control settings to ensure out-dated files are not cached...

github 1 Small sliver still does not match.

Not able to reproduce the 'small sliver' issue on the following browsers under Windows 7:

Chrome - v 54.0.2840.99 m
IE - v 11.0.9600.18282
Firefox v 50.0.2
Safari v 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)

If convenient, kindly provide more detailed 'steps to reproduce'
