Click the Data Services button. Sort by Sites (ascending). Despite having 0 sites, 0 variables, and 0 values, Schwingbach Observations still shows in the Data Services list. From my understanding, this shouldn't happen.
Expected Behavior
0 value Data Service does not show up in Data Services list
