Steps to reproduce
If a data service is disabled/inactive, it does not appear in the catalog's service list. The HydroClient requests the service list to populate the 'Data Services' dialog.
If a catalog query specifies 'all' data services, the returned results can include entries for the disabled/inactive service(s). The HydroClient displays such entries with an 'unknown' data service.
The HydroClient should exclude disabled/inactive services from all catalog queries...
