Click the "Contributing Organizations" button. An error is raised. This page surfaced during use of the HydroClient at
http://qa-hiswebclient.azurewebsites.net/.
A number of the Data Service pages have this issue, and the common thread seems to be blank Service Statistics and Abstract sections
Expected Behavior
Contributing Organizations button does not raise error
