Steps to reproduce

and turn on the USGS Stream Gages layer. The Google logo in the bottom left corner partially covers the USGS logo. Additionally, the Help button in the bottom right corner partially covers either the results count or Filter Results button. The situation has improved in 1.4.1 - the data.cuahsi.org website USGS logo is partially blocked by both the Google logo and Map/Hybrid buttons. However, the current behavior seems still worth noting in the 1.4.1 system.
Expected Behavior
User interface elements do not overlap
