It is unclear what the requirements are for the COUNTER production database update.

Acceptance Criteria:

Develop at list of questions we have (document in ticket). Hold a brainstorming session to identify questions & concerns. Review questions and ideas with V.

Ideas:

VM Swap Run update on clone of production, the re-run on production.

Questions:

What are the general requirements of the production update. Why is the dump and restore done? Is a review of the pre-production records required?
