Update database schema to accommodate the R5 code of practice (COP). The R5 COP introduces an entirely new organizational model for COUNTER reporting. Refer to the R5 COP for details.

The updates to the schema will initially focus on accommodating Title Reports (books and journals).

The database schema was completely revised to accommodate the R5 COP report structure for title reports (journals and books). The R5 specification for reports was significantly updated and simplified in many respects. The new COP also introduces new usage data elements. Refer to the COP for details.

Refer to the counter-r5.sql file for details on tables etc.
