GPU computation Estimate #38

Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience

GPUs are needed for ML work. To allocate resources we need to understand what the expected GPU usage is.

Describe the solution you'd like

Estimate of GPU usage for MVP2, MVP3 tasks.

@Preetikasri can you provide an estimate on the number of hours of training required for the first month of experimentation. And which GPU?

Thoughts are to just experiment and see what we get with a month of experimentation and then go from there based on results.
