Game's Map does not scale properly #30

The map panel does not properly scale to the resolution of android devices. This causes the background to appear where there are no tiles.

When I tested this on my phone the game's background showed because the screen is very wide in landscape mode

I changed the wording for this issue. The scaling for the map panel is fine, but the map itself is not scaled properly for the size of the panel
