mf/188 Adding default andor_config.py #192

Add example andor_config.py to common/lib/configs, and delete the .gitignore in the iXonServer folder.

@aransfor The code works with our camera after adding andor_config.py to config folder. The file andor_config.py added to common/lib/configs serves as an example configuration file. Please review the changes when you have time.
