there's a big refactor in this PR.
the functions were extracted out into their own file and changed slightly so that they can be reused. Some require passing in a page
i was able to complete the backlog of inputting receipts into magento for orders that have been sold already
and the main script was working reliably for batches of 10. I'll keep the old issues open and work on them as needed
