Vivado 2021.2 is now installed. Just need to download Questa sim tools

I have created a ticket to get the Questa 2020.4 software downloaded onto my computer and now I am just waiting for them to get it installed.

I now have Questa 2020.4 installed and now I can work on simulating the HBM
