Defeating Enemies with Projectile attack should award points #52

Currently, no points are awarded on defeat. CapMan should earn points for defeating enemies.

Not necessarily the same in CapMan but for reference: PacMan receives 200, 400, 800, and 1600 points for eating consecutive ghosts.
