I was reviewing a Russian mod and noticed that it is possible to add towed arrays to submarines: it would be really cool if it was added to this mod Screenshot_20200326-190620_YouTube

This is simply not going to happen. To make it work involves editing the .dll files and I am not prepared to do that.
