Get Cardshifter logo for website and Github #35

Website needs two files cardshifter-logo.png and Cardshifter-logo.ico in the following directory:

cardshifter.github.io / io.web / src / main / webapp / WEB-INF / images /

The PNG file can also be used for the repository logo, as well as in other places such as on the site or in-game where a logo may be needed.

Made a temporary logo using MS Paint, until I can get a higher resolution version from Jay.

To update this, I actually have the original design files now, I just need to upload them into our Graphics repository, which I will do soon.

Is this done with the new landing page ? I think we now have a favicon and logos right ?

Yeah we have all the logos now! I also have the original Illustrator version(s) if changes are needed in the future.
