Create Facebook page for Cardshifter #36

Need to create a page (analogous to the Twitter account) and then edit the following item in templates/header.html :

<meta property="fb:admins" content="USER_ID" /> <!-- NEED TO MAKE USER ID FOR CARDSHIFTER -->

Done. Facebook ID is 1409176289383456 and has been added to header template.
