Tie cardshifter.com URL to stats.zomis.net/io-web #37

Now that we have a stable and working Webapp and a decent amount of web content, I think it is time to put the master branch online. I'm not sure what all that entails, @Zomis @marcandregirard how do we go about doing that?

As I am in control of the www.cardshifter.com domain (thanks to you), it is up to me to fix that. We do not have the possibility to link anyone to cardshifter.github.io though.
