Need to:

[x] add a link to the sub-site on the main Cardshifter nav
[x] modify the left nav bar for the Cyborg Chronicles sub-site to be relevant to mod content
[x] create related HTML files for each section.

Just need to add the links to the Java controller and this should be all good to go.
