Favicons #22

As a user, I would like to see a favicon on the site that is identifiable as Taskosaurus so that I can navigate to it at a glance when I have multiple tabs open.

Acceptance Criteria -Add favicons and multiple variants to webpage.

Favicons added to index.html and manifest.json.
