Create Event list view for frontend #28

As a user, I would like the ability to view all the events that I have created so I can keep track of them.

** Acceptance criteria -Create list view of Events that can flick between Archived and Upcoming events.

View event list works but will need styling in order to work as intended.

Have styled the page so that it is responsive. Might need further work in the future to get it looking good but for now it is good enough to continue elsewhere.
