Now that we have the admin names harmonized (mostly) it's about time to choose the relevant variables that need to be compiled from each data set. I've added a few chunks to the data_cleaning.rmd where I implement the data cleaning steps that have been developed as functions. @sinclairelaina - can you check out the added chunks (and documentation) highlighted below and then give input under the ### Inputs needed section ?
