Improve parsing

[x] Read .mss files (and order) from project.json
[x] Gray / / style commented out lines

Local Styles

[x] Add SQLite and store downloaded styles locally
[x] Display as e.g. stored styles in PickerView

User interface modifications

[x] Proper upload popup with confirmation and option to change file name
[ ] Improve responsiveness: visual button click events
[x] Improve responsiveness: loading screens for every background task
[x] Improve Toolbar: Better layout
[x] Improve Toolbar: Expandable file browser
[ ] Avoid opening keyboard every time if scrolling style editor part

Improve (build upon) .NET Drive API

[ ] Implement webview-based "allow" screen (currently static, account-based refresh token)
[ ] Unify API: Remove android-only Play Services Drive API
[x] UWP doesn't even support the more basic Drive API -- Need to implement Drive REST API on a basic level

Closing for now, as the unchecked boxes are mostly (1) sugar (fine design)- or (2) workflow-based, which will be discussed and handled in another task.
