Backport new serpentipede sprites from Freedoom #1

Updates the sprite of the current ophidian replacement to the newest one. I also added the credits list and license from Freedoom here to make sure all authors were given credit, just like LibreQuake did. Also replaced some empty sounds with sounds from Freedoom.

I don't think it's relevant anymore, better to make the original sprites right away than look for a better placeholder.
