dist/ contains metadata for displaying information about Blasphemer in various GNU/Linux distributions. For now, this is useless without edits to the build system, but will come in handy for creating packages for software repositories.
In the docs I have added the Freedoom license and credits, as is done in LibreQuake, to make sure that all authors are given credit, given that Blasphemer uses many resources and some levels from Freedoom.
