All the changes:

Minor formatting fixes
Optimized recent textures
Added flesh by Craneo
Removed some old flesh, edited for new flesh
New replacement for disciple from Demon Eclipse
Replaced some HUD placeholders
Removed the dynamic lights of the harpy
2 new music tracks
Updated the palette in docs to match the current palette
