USER STORY: Authorisation and sign-up - non-staff

As a user I want to be able register for an account so that I access the members only content.

Acceptance Criteria

• Acceptance criteria 1: A user can easily register an account and fill in their account information.

• Acceptance criteria 2: When the user is logged-in they can access the members-only content.
