As a user I can verify my email so that I can log in to the site.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance criteria 1: Send verification email.
Acceptance criteria 2: email verifies and the user can log-in.

Tasks

[x] Task 1: Set up automatic email send for sign-up.
[x] Task 2: Set up email functionality.
