USER STORY: Logging out #39

As a user I can easily logout so that I don't leave my account open when I finish my session.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance criteria 1: Logout page with link clearly visible in the dropdown menu.

Tasks

[x] Task 1: Add loggout function and template.
[x] Task 2: Add loggout link to the dropdown menu.
