Modified:

Earth (clouds stopped and now stays where they should be relative to the surface)
Mars (same as Earth's case)
Titan (180 degrees/day = 2 days rotation period form ~100 m/s wind speed at high altitudes)
Venus (added a note explaining the 90 degrees/day rotation of the clouds.
