outersys.ssc color update #135

Updated colors of most objects in outersys.ssc to reflect their actual albedo, following the addition of color-calibrated asteroid texture. The four consensus dwarf planets are also now given the dwarfplanet class, but remains in outersys.ssc for the moment.

The albedo parameters should also be updated to match.
