Add licenses to apollo, shroxclassic, skylab add-ons #150

Unlike shroxmars which was discussed as being under CC-BY-4.0, the other Shrox add-ons do not have a clear licensing situation.

Maybe better reach authors first?

When Celestia was initially packaged for Fedora, another user reached shrox and got their permission to use CC-BY-4.0 for all their models. A copy of the email text is still available in Fedora repository.
