Add licenses to Askaniy's textures #194

As part of #193

Year and licenses as obtained from the relevant pages on deviantART.

The Neptune textures are not included in this because the source https://www.deviantart.com/askaniy/art/Neptune-1989-Texture-Map-769376373 does not indicate that this file is CC licensed.

Note that Pluto, Charon, and Arrokoth are listed as CC-BY-NC-SA-3.0.

There is an Arrokoth texture under CC-BY-SA here, but it's oriented differently and would probably require a different model. Presumably both model and texture need to be updated.

The Neptune texture is actually CC-BY-SA that's hidden by an AI banner. I'm going to replace it with not-AI upscaled version calibrated using CTC, or with currently unpublished higher quality Neptune map by Björn Jónsson.
